Hello! I’m Antonio Gorišek, a passionate game developer from Croatia, specializing in Unity and .NET technologies.
My journey in game development began at the age of 12 when I created my very first video game. With over a decade of experience in this field,
I have honed my skills in various aspects of game design and programming.
At 18, I decided to focus on more serious projects, achieving my first collaborations with museums and the city of Šibenik.
These initial successes allowed me to further develop my career, including working on virtual reality projects and developing applications in .NET at large IT companies.
In these companies, I progressed from a basic developer to a team leader, successfully managing projects and bringing them to completion.
After gaining experience in the corporate environment, I returned to freelancing.
In addition to working on various projects, I have collaborated with universities, where I not only worked on projects but also taught about game development.
Currently, I lead online classes and mentor young people, helping them to pursue careers in game development.
Throughout my career, I have developed numerous projects that you can view here.
Projects
NO LIFE
No Life is an ambitious 3D post-apocalyptic game project and currently one of the largest projects in development.
It is being developed by a team of talented professionals who contribute their expertise to enhance the game.
The project encompasses all aspects of game development, including scenario creation, voice recording, modeling and animation,
sound effects, and many other elements.
BUSINESS CARD
A business card using AR technology offers an innovative way to access information.
It includes all main details and contact methods, along with a 3D profile display.
By scanning the QR code, you are directed to a page where additional information can be viewed through camera.
This information is dynamic and automatically updates in case of changes, such as a new phone number.
ASTRO ARENA
Astro Arena is a fast-paced 2D multiplayer game that lasts 5 minutes and supports up to 20 players simultaneously.
Players use various strategies to knock opponents off the map, with the goal of staying alive for as long as possible.
Each time you are knocked off, your time resets, and you must knock off others who are ranked higher than you to
climb to the top of the leaderboard. The game is designed for mobile phones but does not require a download; simply
scan the QR code on the screen to load and connect to the game. This project was developed for the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing (FER) in Croatia, Zagreb.
OJMAJMIM
OjMajmim is a Croatian game created for the YouTuber known as "Drater."
The game is inspired by "MakeItMeme" and was developed in collaboration with the YouTuber
to achieve a more dynamic and secure gaming experience. It is played by hundreds of people during live streams.
LIBERATION
Liberation is a top-down 3D game controlled using a joystick. The mission is to liberate the city and rescue the captives.
This game was developed in collaboration with the Victory Museum in Šibenik, Croatia. Once a captive is freed, that player
can be assigned as Player 2, allowing an additional player to join using a second joystick. The goal is to free the city as
efficiently and quickly as possible, either solo or with friends.
AVOID CUBE
Avoid Cube is a 3D Android game available on the Google Play Store.
It is a simple game where you must avoid falling cubes for as long as possible.
While dodging the cubes, you collect coins that can be used to purchase upgrades
such as increased speed, extra lives, skins, and more. The game is completely free
and was created purely for entertainment.
